We were asked to provide audio and visual services for the National Welsh Government Education Departments presentation in May 2016. It was vital that this presentation was bilingual in both Welsh and English and the visual content had to reflect this. As well as providing the Audio service for this event, we set up two rear projection screens with individual presentation feeds in both languages, fed through the laptops that we provided. The presentations were linked together so that the presenters could scroll through using our handheld microcue clicker/Laser pointer. A small stage set up was also provided to raise the speakers up so that they were visual throughout the presentation. Our lapel microphones were used throughout the event, as well as a lectern microphone and two handheld wireless microphones.
