We were delighted to be asked to supply A.V. support for the NHS improvement event at the brand new International Conference Centre at Celtic Manor in Newport. This fantastic venue is a world class exhibition venue with a 4000 sqm pillar free main hall in a venue that boasts 26000 sqm of total floor space.

For this event, we were asked to provide A.V. for the main conference as well as A.V. for 7 different areas throughout the venue. After an on site meeting weeks earlier and clarification of equipment, we arrived at 7am on the morning of the event, with a brief to have the venue set up by 9am. We installed a full P.A. system into the main room with two of our ultrshort throw 9k projectors, projecting onto the venues smooth white walls. In each of the break out rooms, we also supplied and installed screens, laptops and clickers for group sessions as well as providing A.V. equipment in the foyer for competition presentations.

As well as having crew onsite throughout the event to assist with any issues that may arise, we engineered the main event including running the individual presentations.

We cannot wait to return to this perfect venue
